I would recommend Karyn to any person looking to sell or buy residential property in the Shreveport/Bossier area. I found her to be extremely responsive, even after normal business hours, which is very important with 24-72 hour turn-arounds. I think Karyn would be particularly well suited for younger or unsophisticated buyers or sellers because of her patience and knowledge.

Karyn has been with our family for 3 homes now and gets deals done on your timeline. If we're ever in the market again, we will use her again!

We were assigned to the Shreveport area for work and got a referral for Kayrn. She contacted me within a day of my call and was quick at sending us information on houses that met our criteria. When we only had 2 days to look at houses and decide she planned the entire trip and made sure we got to see everything we wanted and could answer all our questions. We picked the house a few hours before our departure flight but she was able to handle the process while we were out of state. Our lender fell through and she already had a new bank ready before we got the news. Everything went seamlessly and was stress-free while we were 3 states away. She did all our walk throughs and signed the contracts for us. We could not have had anyone better or had a better experience buying our first home. We recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Shreveport/Bossier.

Before I was in Louisiana Karyn sent me houses to look at. She then to my son and his wife on FaceTime run through a couple we had picked out. Karyn was absolutely amazing! Being out-of-town buyers the process was even more intimidating and difficult than we thought. Karyn helped us every step of the way was always available and her willingness to check out houses and meet us with very short notice was incredible. We got to know each other very well through the process and Karyn's knowledge of the area and real estate in general was priceless. Couldn't have done it without her.
